Here is my recipe for Strawberry Banana Vanilla Shake. It's a simple to make delicious low calorie high protein drink recipe.
Ingredients
  • 5-6 large strawberries
  • 1 medium/large banana
  • 1 serving of Big Train Vanilla Fit Frappe
  • Ice
  • 1 cup of lowfat milk
Instructions
  1. Very simple: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it's mixed and blended thoroughly.
Notes
Milk is not necessary but I like my shakes extra creamy. Mix and enjoy your strawberry banana vanilla protein shake. Cheers!
