  • DaVinci Gourmet Green Apple Fruit Smoothie Mix – JT02649
  • Big Train Kidz Kreamz Orange Creme frappe mix – BT.200800
  • 12 fl oz Ice
  • 5 fl oz Water (for Big Train mixing instructions only)

Mixing Instructions:

  • Fill a 8 fl oz cup of ice and pour DaVinci Gourmet  Green Apple Smoothie Mix over ice to the top.  Pour into a blender pitcher (per packaging instructions) and blend until smooth.
  • Pour 5 fl oz of chilled water in separate blender pitcher.  Add 2 scoops of Kidz Kreamz Orange Creme powdered frappe mix product.  Finally, add 12 oz cup of ice into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Layer the serving cup starting with the Orange Creme and then transitioning to the Green Apple.  Continue doing this until filled to the top.
    • Note: notice that pouring height and speed will affect how far down the colors blend versus sitting on top of each other.

Fruity Fit Frappe Protein Smoothie Recipe


You wouldn’t believe how easy it is to make this amazing protein smoothie drink!

The recipe:

  • Fruity Fit Frappe
  • 2 scoops Big Train Fit Frappe Vanilla
  • 6 oz water
  • 12 oz ice
  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Pour half of product from the blend and into a serving cup
  • Add 2 oz frozen berries (we suggest black, blue, and/or raspberries) to blender
  • Re-blend together and pour on top as a layer
  • Optional: top with 1 oz almond meal

Using blackberries and blueberries adds a wonderful depth of color and gives the drink a whole new direction both in appearance and in flavor. Adding the almond meal to the top gives the whole beverage a great crunchy texture on top that can be stirred in. Also you don’t have to worry about nut allergies in your blender, since the almonds never enter the pitcher. Almond meal is a type of grind size, think of it as a mix between chopped almonds and almond butter. The almonds are ground just enough to be chewy but aren’t sticky.

This becomes a great meal in a cup, perfectly suitable for drinking while driving – or something more active.

  • Instant Lemon Pudding
  • Milk

  • lemon juice (optional)

  1. Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Frappe
  2. Premix 2oz of Instant Lemon Pudding with Milk and set aside
  3. Pour 4 fl oz (118 mL) of milk into blender
  4. Add 2 scoops (7 tbsp of 80 g) of Big Train New York Style Cheesecake Frappe mix
  5. Add 4-5 cubes of ice
  6. Add 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
  7. Add lemon pudding

Peach Protein Vanilla Freeze Recipe:
Combine one small can of no-sugar added peaches, 2 scoops Vanilla Fit Frappe protein mix, 5 squirts of Cinnamon syrup, 1c cup of water. Add all to a blender and puree til very smooth. Pour into a small flat glass pan and place in freezer. When frozen, score over and over with a fork till little granuals form, serve with some Light whipped cream!

Orange Peach Creamy Protein Popsicle Smoothie Recipe:
Add a sachet of orange flavored Crystal light and a scoop of frozen peach yogurt. Add  some chopped flesh of a fresh peach. Add one scoop of vanilla Fit Frappe protein powder. Add ice and water (or vanilla Soy or Almond milk). Blend, smile, savor, and serve.

Big Train Choo-Choo Cherry Protein Shake Recipe:

Mix 1-2 scoops of Big Train’s Vanilla Fit Frappe protein base mix with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Add 6-8 frozen black cherries, 1/4 cup of non-fat greek yogurt, 1-2 squirts of sugar free black cherry syrup (if you have some) and a handful of ice cubes. Mix in blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Green Protein Smoothie Recipe: (Be careful this tastes way better than it looks.)
Combine: Almond milk, Ice, Spinach, Frozen mango, Frozen pineapple, Big Train Vanilla Fit Frappe protein mix. Mix & blend. Enjoy!

Matcha Protein Shake Recipe:
One scoop Fit Frappe Vanilla protein powder, one cup almond milk, one teaspoon matcha powder and one
scoop organic honey powder, agave for flavoring.

Berry Protein Smoothie Recipe:
Combine one scoop Fit Frappe Vanilla, your favorite frozen berries, skim milk, sugar free vanilla pudding (about 1-2 tbsp). Blend and serve.

Tropical Protein Shake Recipe
For a tropical twist for summer, mix pineapple, mango, banana (and some spinach to make it extra healthy) with 1-2 scoops of Vanilla Fit Frappe protein mix. Mix with ice and water. Blend and serve. It’s always fun to throw some frozen banana or berries on top.

Blueberry Protein Smoothie Recipe:
Mix fresh blueberries plus vanilla fit frappe topped with just a dash (for presentation’s sake) of blueberry syrup and or fresh blueberries.

Acai Superfruit Antioxidant Protein Shake Recipe:
Combine Vanilla Fit Frappe with frozen acai cubes blended to perfection with non-dairy almond milk and topped with raw cacao nibs. Add goji berries and chia seeds. What are goji berries? (aka Wolfberry high antioxidant super fruits.)

Strawberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie Recipe:

Peach Power Ice Cream Shake Recipe:
Blend 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 scoop of Fit Frappe vanilla protein mix, 4 to 6 slices frozen peaches, 1 oz peach syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon, honey or agave sweetener, and about 8 ice cubes.

Bobas are currently all the rage, and from the small mom and pop shops to the local Lollicup, they’re here to stay. Boba, Bubble Tea or Pearl Milk Tea; the drink may have many names but it always has the same great taste.  Now, with the use of Big Train’s Taro flavored powdered blended creme mix (from our Dragonfly line) you can make a delicious version of boba from the comfort of your own home.
