Fit Frappe Vanilla Caramel Shake Recipe:
Mix vanilla Fit Frappe, skim milk, ice, sugar-free caramel syrup, and add some cool whip on top.

Fit Frappe Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake Recipe:
Blend 8oz skim milk, a tablespoon malted milk powder, one scoop fit frappe vanilla, one tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tablespoon DaVinci Gourmet Sugar Free (SF) chocolate syrup and 4 ice cubes.

Blueberry Vanilla Peanut Butter Fit Frappe Shake:
Add a scoop of Fit Frappe vanilla, 3/4 cup fresh blueberries, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 4 ice cubes and 6 ounces of water, almond milk, soy milk or non fat milk and blend away.

Fit Frappe Mexican Licuado Recipe:
Blend 1 banana, milk and Fit Frappe Vanilla Protein Mix.

Peanut Butter Banana Drink Recipe:
Make according to instructions on container, and then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, a banana, dash of cinnamon, 1/3 cup of granola, blend together and top with a bit of cool whip, extra granola on top and a cherry! If you want an extra kick, you can add some instant espresso for a caffeine boost!
Another option: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, about 1/2 cup of milk, banana, peanut butter, and a few ice cubes cant go wrong

Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe:
Combine one scoop of vanilla protein, 2 tbsp of canned pumpkin, 1 cup of soy light vanilla milk, a dash of cinnamon, and ice. Blend together and top with a dollop of Sugar Free Cool Whip and a slight drizzle of SFree caramel syrup.

Vanilla Coffee Ice Cream Fit Frappe Recipe:
Mix Fit Frappe, coffee and whip to a thick shake consistency, then freeze.

Banana Split Smoothie Recipe:
Take vanilla frappe, and add banana, then greek strawberry yogurt, add either vanilla or silk/skim milk, with lots of ice, then put in Vitamix or high speed blender. Then, when you pour it into glass, drizzle with some chocolate, low fat syrup.

Here is my recipe for Strawberry Banana Vanilla Shake. It's a simple to make delicious low calorie high protein drink recipe.
Ingredients
  • 5-6 large strawberries
  • 1 medium/large banana
  • 1 serving of Big Train Vanilla Fit Frappe
  • Ice
  • 1 cup of lowfat milk
Instructions
  1. Very simple: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it's mixed and blended thoroughly.
Notes
Milk is not necessary but I like my shakes extra creamy. Mix and enjoy your strawberry banana vanilla protein shake. Cheers!

Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies

Makes: 16 brownies

Preparation Time: 10 minutes; or less

Bake Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup oats (ground to a flour)

1/3 c. dark chocolate cocoa powder

1/3 c. Big Train Espresso Fit Frappé™ protein drink mix

1/4 c.  NuNaturals More Fiber Stevia Blend

2 egg whites

1/4 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3/4 c. non-fat plain yogurt

1 T. coconut oil

30-40 drops Nu-naturals Liquid Cocoa Bean Extract

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350* and spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Pulse 1 cup of oats in a food processor until it becomes a flour and put to the side.
  • Combine milk, yogurt, oil, Liquid Nu-Naturals, and egg whites in a bowl.
  • Combine oat flour, cocoa powder, Fit Frappé™ and Fiber blend in another bowl.
  • Slowly add and mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  • Pour batter into pan
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool, cut, and ENJOY!

Skinny Turtle Mocha

Drink Size: 16 fl oz Blended Drink

5 fl oz water or milk

2 scoops (8 tbsp) Mocha Fit Frappé™ Mix

1 ½ fl oz Sugar Free Caramel Flavor Syrup

12 oz ice

Pour 5 fl oz of chilled water or milk into a blender. Add 2 scoop (8 tbsp) of Mocha Fit Frappé™ Mix, 1 ½ fl oz of Sugar Free Caramel Flavor Syrup and 12 oz of ice. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

Skinny Hazelnut Latte

Drink Size: 16 fl oz Blended Drink

5 fl oz water or milk

2 scoops (8 tbsp) Vanilla Latte Fit Frappé™ Mix

1 ½ fl oz Sugar Free Hazelnut Flavor Syrup

12 oz ice

Pour 5 fl oz of chilled water or milk into a blender. Add 2 scoop (8 tbsp) of Vanilla Latte Fit Frappé™ Mix, 1 ½ fl oz of Sugar Free Hazelnut Flavor Syrup and 12 oz of ice. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

Skinny Caramel Apple Frappe

Drink Size: 16 fl oz Blended Drink

6 fl oz Sugar Free Apple Juice

2 scoops (8 tbsp) Vanilla Fit Frappé™ Mix

1 1/2 fl oz Sugar Free Caramel Flavor Syrup

12 oz ice

Pour 5 fl oz of Sugar Free Apple Juice into a blender. Add 2 scoop (8 tbsp) of Vanilla Fit Frappé™ Mix, 1 1/2 fl oz of Sugar Free Caramel Flavor Syrup and  12 oz of ice. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

Fruit Protein Smoothie

Use Vanilla Fit Frappé™ as a base

Add Mango and raspberries

Add ¼ cup of water

Blend and enjoy!

Healthy Low Fat Protein Brownie Recipe – Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies with Fit Frappe™

Healthy low fat protein brownies are not a figment of your imagination. This recipe that includes Big Train Fit Frappe Coffee Protein drink mix, comes from our friend Cait from Beyond Bananas.

Yeah. You read that title right. I am a sucker for dark chocolate. I am also a sucker for anything that has the slightest coffee flavor for it.  If my calculations are correct, I should be a sucker for these brownies. And I am. And then are healthy. So we ALL win.

When I first received the Fit Frappe perk from Klout, I knew that I had endless opportunities for new and exciting coffee flavored foods right at my finger tips!!!

Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies

  • Makes: 16 brownies

Love the mixture of the chocolate and espresso.  It is kind of like a chocolate covered espresso bean.. but not in bean form. In brownie form.  I am sure you can sub the Fit Frappe for another flavor protein.. but then they won’t be espresso flavor. And I can only promise you the ESPRESSO brownies will be delicious!
