Add all to a blender and puree til very smooth. Pour into a small flat glass pan and place in freezer. When frozen, score over and over with a fork till little granuals form, serve with some Light whipped cream!
Orange Peach Creamy Protein Popsicle Smoothie Recipe: Add a sachet of orange flavored Crystal light and a scoop of frozen peach yogurt. Add some chopped flesh of a fresh peach. Add a bit of pureed pumpkin and some pie spice to Vanilla Fit Frappe Mix. It tastes like a pumpkin pie! (With protein.) Follow instructions for blending on the Fit Frappe package (or see website “Mixing Instructions”.

Mix fit frappe in some PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter) and some raspberry or strawberry Torani syrup (sugar free or regular) and have a liquid PB and J!
Another option: 1 cup of 0% milk, 1 scoop Big Train protein powder, 1 spoon full of PB and 1 spoon full of any flavor jelly, blend with ice.
Follow your favorite blended drink recipe in your favorite coffee flavor, but use cold coffee in place of the water.
Freeze in a shallow container until mostly solid then scrape with a fork to form granules.
Heap in a pretty dessert glass and garnish with whipped cream and a couple of fresh berries!
You can also make coffee soft serve if you are willing to replace some of the water in the blended recipe with milk then freeze, stirring often, for a couple of hours until it reaches soft serve consistency.
Make according to the Fit Frappe container, then add in 2 scoops of decaf instant coffee and 1 tbs of sugar-free caramel syrup. Add ice and mix in blender for one minute.
