Ingredients
  • Instant Lemon Pudding
  • Milk
  • Big Train New York Style Cheesecake Frappe mix
  • 4-5 cubes Ice
  • 2 oz fresh (or frozen) strawberries
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
  1. Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Frappe
  2. Premix 2oz of Instant Lemon Pudding with Milk and set aside
  3. Pour 4 fl oz (118 mL) of milk into blender
  4. Add 2 scoops (7 tbsp of 80 g) of Big Train New York Style Cheesecake Frappe mix
  5. Add 4-5 cubes of ice
  6. Add 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
  7. Add lemon pudding
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. Add additional lemon juice to taste (optional)
  10. Top with whipped cream strawberries and/or lemon slices.

Strawberry Cheesecake Frappe Recipe

  • Pour 4 fl oz (118 mL) of water or milk into blender
  • Add 2 scoops (7 tbsp of 80 g) of Big Train New York Cheesecake Frappe mix
  • Add 2 fl oz (60 mL) (60 mL) of Big Train Strawberry Fruit Tea Blast
  • Add 12 oz (180 g) of ice
  • Blend thoroughly until smooth

A dollop of sweet whipped cream on top and this drink is sure to be a hit on any menu!!

 

M&M Peanut Butter Cheesecake Frappe

MnM Cheesecake Frappe Recipe

  • Pour 5 fl oz (118 mL) of water or milk into blender
  • Add 2 scoops (7 tbsp of 80 g) of Big Train New York Cheesecake Frappe mix
  • Add ¾ cup (177 mL) of M&M (or any of your favorite candy bars) candy pieces  (frozen candy works best!)
  • Add 12 oz (180 g) of ice
  • Blend thoroughly until smooth

Top with whipped cream, caramel or chocolate and crushed peanuts and this is a party in your mouth!

 

Chocolate Mint Chip Cheesecake Frappe

This will be any mint and chocolate fan’s favorite frappe!

 

 

Key Lime Cheesecake Frappe

  • Pour 2 fl oz (90 mL) of water or milk into blender
  • Add 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed is best!)
  • Add 2 scoops (7 tbsp of 80 g) of Big Train New York Cheesecake Frappe mix
  • Add 3 fl oz (90 mL) of DaVinci Gourmet Peppermint Paddy Syrup
  • Add ½ teaspoon lime zest and 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • Add 12 oz (180 g) of ice
  • Blend thoroughly until smooth

A refreshing and zesty twist on a traditional tropical dessert! Caution: You may want seconds.

Then hanging up the lights, finding that perfect gift, listening to that favorite Christmas CD, and decorating cookies are all little ways we get into the holiday spirit. Another great holiday tradition is sipping on your favorite holiday drink. There is nothing better than sitting in front of the fire, admiring the Christmas tree while drinking a big cup of decadent hot cocoa complete with marshmallows and a peppermint candy cane. There are so many holiday flavors that remind us of the holiday season. Here are a few of those delicious flavors from the Big Train kitchen made into yummy drink recipes for you to enjoy during the holidays and winter months ahead. So grab your favorite Christmas mug and spread some holiday cheer with these delightfully delicious gourmet beverages!

Gingerbread Chai
Drink Size: 8 fl oz Hot Drink

  • 5 fl oz hot water
  • 1 scoop (4 tbsp) Gingerbread Chai Mix

Heat 5 fl oz of water and add 1 scoop (4 tbsp) of Gingerbread Chai mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Gingerbread Chai Holiday Drink Recipe

Southern Velvet™ Cocoa
Drink Size: 8 fl oz Hot Drink

  • 5 fl oz hot water
  • 1 scoop (4 tbsp) Southern Velvet Blended Creme Mix

Heat 5 fl oz of water and add 1 scoop (4 tbsp) of Southern Velvet™ Blended Creme mix. Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles. It’s like decadent red velvet cake in a cup.

Southern Velvet Christmas Drink Recipe Red

Hot Southern Velvet Beverage

White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
Drink Size: 8 fl oz Hot Drink

  • 5 fl oz hot water
  • 1 scoop (4 tbsp) White Chocolate Latte Blended Ice Coffee Mix
  • 1 ½ oz Peppermint Syrup

Heat 5 fl oz of water and add 1 scoop (4 tbsp) of White Chocolate Latte Blended Ice Coffee Mix. Top with whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles.

Heat 5 fl oz of water and add 1 scoop (4 tbsp) of White Chocolate Latte Blended Ice Coffee Mix. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Christmas Cookie Latte
Drink Size: 8 fl oz Hot Drink

  • 5 fl oz water or milk
  • 1 scoop (4 tbsp) Cake Batter Blended Crème Mix
  • 1 shot of Espresso

Heat 5 fl oz of water or milk and add 1 scoop (4 tbsp) of Cake Batter Blended Crème Mix, espresso and stir until well blended. Top with whipped cream and sugar cookie crumbles.

Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Frappe Recipe | Big Train’s Summer of Blended Candy Cremes!

We asked and you answered! Of all the candy bars out there, Big Train fans chose Reeses Peanut Butter cups as the key ingredient in the first of our summer of Blended Candy Cremes!

Last week we put your idea to the test here at the Big Train headquarters. The result?  MIND BLOWING! Think of a blizzard from Dairy Queen with the extra creaminess of a milkshake and you might have an idea of the taste EXPLOSION that is to come.

All the ingredients you need!

The ingredients necessary to make this tasty treat are as follows:

  • Big Train’s Vanilla Bean Blended Creme
  • 5 fl oz of water, milk or chilled coffee
  • 12 oz of ice
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (We used 3 packages, 6 peanut butter cups, but it depends on your preference)
  • Optional toppings: Whipped Cream & Reese’s Pieces
  • A blender to mix it all together!

Big Train employee, Leah, enjoys the delicious outcome!

For the best results, first fill up the blender with ice. Next the liquid will be added: chilled coffee for an extra caffeinated kick, milk for an even creamier taste, or water (that’s what we used!). Then, add Big Train’s powdered mix and the Reese’s peanut butter cups. Once these items are all in, blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite cup, top with excessive amounts of whipped cream and Reese’s Pieces and you’re done! You’ve created the ideal sinful snack for summer!
