Cotton Candy Blended Frappe Recipe using Big Train Kidz Kreamz Mix

I love creamy coffee-free Frappes when I go to coffee shops, so I was really excited to make this blended drink! It is very creamy, sweet, colorful, and fun! I thought it would be perfect to serve at birthday parties, celebrations, or even just an after-school treat. I made the Cotton Candy flavored Frappe, but it also comes in Bubble Gum and Orange Cream. (Marissa Angelina, Chief Baker at SugarNoms.com)

Ask for Big Train Kidz Kreamz blended drinks at your favorite coffee shop, or you can purchase from various online stores. Cotton Candy Blended Frappe Recipe

  • 1 Packet of Big Train Kidz Kreamz powder drink mix
  • 12 oz Ice
  • 5 oz Water or Milk
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Decorations, sprinkles, etc. (optional)

Pour the water, ice, and Kidz Kreamz mix into a blender. So easy even a kid can make it. Blend for about a minute or so until creamy. Pour mixture into a cup or glass and decorate as desired.

THE PERFECT SUMMER TREAT, JUST MINUTES AWAY! This strawberry-cheesecake-inspired frappe cools down even the hottest summer day.
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Fit Frappe Protein Drink Mix
  • ¾ cup water or milk
  • 1½ cups ice
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries (or DaVinci Gourmet Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup) to taste
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  1. In a blender, add Vanilla Fit Frappe Protein Drink Mix to water or milk and pulse to mix. Add ice, strawberries (or DaVinci Gourmet Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup) and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix. Blend, taste and adjust to your liking. Pour and enjoy!

Coffee Trade Shows: Big Train Visits St. Louis for Coffee Fest

We were excited to be a part of Coffee Fest, one of the leading tea and coffee trade shows, earlier this month in St. Louis. Coffee Fest has been serving the specialty coffee and gourmet tea industries since 1992 and is viewed by most as the best trade show in America and around the world specifically for those involved with retailing coffee, tea and related products.

If it looks like coffee, smells like coffee, goes well with coffee or is coffee you will find it at Coffee Fest! Everything under the sun that is found in an upscale coffee shop on either side of the counter, including the counter was on the exhibition floor. The best coffee retail education, training and workshops were present to network and learn from each other.


Coffee Fest started out as true celebration of coffee with a consumer coffee show hosted in Seattle in 1992. What began with 65 exhibitors and more than 2,500 attendees sharing coffee with the general public has blossomed into shows that sport more than 300 booths with close to 10,000 attendees serving the coffee trades. The “little coffee show that could” boasts a track record of 16 years and more than 50 shows of consistently and confidently pushing specialty coffee retailers to be the best.

Several members of the Big Train team were on-hand and also participated in the America’s Best Coffeehouse (ABC) Competition. The ABC competition is basically what you’ve seen from town papers like “the best cafe in town.” But, Coffee Fest took this to a national stage and coast to coast. In addition to the completed application, each participating coffee brand must also submit either a three minute video highlighting the coffeehouse, the team members, and the attributes that they believe make them the best coffeehouse in North America, or a picture of the coffeehouse and team members.


Ray Rule, Levi Andersen, Andy Solheim, Katie Fordonski participate in the America’s Best Coffee House Competition.

0.75 oz DaVinci Gourmet Maple
1 oz Jim Beam bourbon
1 strip bacon

Strawberry Bomb Smoothie
2 oz Jet Strawberry Bomb
3 oz Jet Margarita
1.5 oz tequila
0.75 oz Triple Sec
16 oz ice

Boozed Banana Freeze
1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate
0.75 oz DaVinci Gourmet Banana
4 oz Jet Blended Beverage Base
1.5 oz vodka
16 oz ice
